Hiring a maid in Bangkok, or hiring a nanny in Bangkok seems easy and you could, after being here a few weeks or a month, find your own, but there are issues with hiring a maid and the main issue is trust and reliability and it's not uncommon for people to hire a maid only to find that the maid has decided to quit after an hour or so and walks off with your valuables, but because you are new to Bangkok and Thailand, you don't really know what to do and so we take care of this for you.

1. Background police checks for all maids, nannies, cleaners and anyone you need to employ.

2. We photograph all employees and keep a record of their ID cards, social security numbers and so on.

3. We verify that they are who they say they are and folow up on all references provided.

4. We follow up on the quality of their work and if it proves to be below standard, we provide a replacement.

5. We train all maids, nannies, drivers and so on to accept and understand non-Thai culture.
